4.0+/4.5- dubs

Details

Hotter temps for the am summer, so we go a little earlier to avoid the pending heat. It's time to get some high intermediate 4.0+ to low advanced 4.5- social dubs-play going. Friendly, but still competitive match play!🎾

Looking for for 4-8 players that can keep their ego in check and put their friendly social attitude on blast😁 Sure, everybody wants competitive play, but shark-mode at a meetup? Well let's just say...can be counterproductive!😈

Caveats:
You've got skilled strokes, but aren't endeavoring to play the ATP/WTA tour or lower Challengers anytime soon. If tight calls and badgering the other team Nick Krygios-style (Hey, I'm a huge NK fan, but his skill-set can get overshadowed by disruption and antagonism) are your jam, then this meetup may not be your cup of tea as the Brits say...I'll likely ask you to play another day?

*** Also, if you're uncertain about your level of play, please get a basic 5-10 min NTRP skill-rating by a trusted teaching pro at your local club or city run tennis facility. It's typically free! They just assess your fundamental strokes, not your quickness or game strategy, or overall winning brilliance😉!

[If you show up with windmill baseline strokes, paddy-cake, no-underspin volleys, and a quadruple-hitch or your dad's punch serve, this isn't the level for you yet. We all can improve, but that's why teaching pros exist, I will refer you to them and ones that I've used myself in the past.😇 So, sorry to potentially offend, but cheaper, high quality tennis instruction exists out there in our local community.💪]

For example for those that know me, I'll play at a lower advanced dubs-level, but in singles I may play a level down. So, my power strokes work better on a dubs court with less spacing, plus I can volley fairly well, (decent hands) and with an active partner, my mediocre endurance and relatively poor movement on a single's court, well, kind of get cancelled out...just say'n😋.
