BlackBerry 10 with PhoneGap and Overview of Cordova's File APIs

Details
Come learn about the new platform from BlackBerry: BlackBerry 10! Tim Kim (https://twitter.com/timkim), PhoneGap developer, will be discussing everything you need to know to get started developing for this new platform with PhoneGap.
He will go cover which APIs have been implemented and even show off how to create native extensions with PhoneGap.
If you are interested in BlackBerry 10 and its capabilities, this is a talk you don’t want to miss!
Our second talk of the night will focus on Cordova's File APIs. Andrew Grieve will be going over the improvements we've made to the APIs in the last few releases and how to take advantage of them. In addition to the File APIs, He will also show off a demo of an upcoming Cordova plugin he has been working on that brings the chrome.socket API to Cordova applications
Andrew is a developer at Google who has worked on several mobile web projects, including Gmail and Google Docs. He now works full-time on Cordova both as part of the "make the web better" team, as well as the Chrome Apps team. He likes things that are fast, dislikes things that are slow, and is excited about what's in store for the mobile web in 2013!
Space is limited for this meetup. Please only RSVP if you are sure you can attend. We will open up more seats if we have high demand. A good portion of the PhoneGap/Cordova team will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
Beer + Pizza will be provided as usual.
