Hey Mike - very interested in this opportunity - where in South Milwaukee - that's a bit of a drive - but if we can do some seminars and photo shoots to offset the $150 than I'm defeinitely interested - I would like to come down and check it out but you have a great name with models and I would like to start working on that as well.  I appreciate the opportunity - when can we get together??

Richard Allen is looking for another studio partner. Here is the text of what he sent me.

I just opened a small studio in South Milwaukee. I'm looking for one partner in the studio (making a total of 3 of us sharing time). $150 a month is all inclusive and guarantees a minimum availability of 16 three hour time slots a month, with 8 of them being on high demand weekend hours.
