What we’re about

Time to get out in the elements and experience the breathtaking outdoor majesty the beautiful state of Vermont has to behold! Bring a camera, some some good hiking/walking gear, and something to hydrate with. Let's take pictures, compare styles, learn about ourselves, each other, and the beautiful locations all around us.

Anyone who is wanting to enjoy the outdoors is welcome, however, the main rules are as follows:

1. No individual strays too far from the group as a whole. It's okay to be a little ahead, or a little behind, but no one gets stranded by other group members. We will use the buddy system if someone needs to go back, or wants to explore just a little. I believe in everyone making it back safely and having a good time, and leaving others behind will not be tolerated.

2. Be open/tolerant of others and be willing to have fun. Part of this group's goal is to have a fun, shared experience with others. Being a crabapple or sourpuss ruins the experience for the other attendees, so if you can't leave all that at home, perhaps it would be best to stay there with it!

3. The current plan is to meet on Wednesdays in the middle of the day, but that can be mildly flexible depending on location that week/group participation. There will be a different location every week, and most likely different people attending at each location. The list is not yet set in stone, and will be published soon, but is open to suggestion.

Week 1 - Lake Willoughby

I look forward to seeing/meeting the most beautiful part of Vermont.....your smiling face!
