Yaddo Rose Gardens - Wine and Roses

"Yaddo is a nonprofit retreat for artists in Saratoga Springs, New York. Our mission is to nurture the creative process by providing an opportunity for artists to work without interruption in a supportive environment."

Yaddo sponsors a summer live music concert in August when the second bloom of roses should be on view. Tickets are $20.00 and you need to RSVP. I recommend doing so closer to the event so you know the weather. The site doesn't say if they refund ticket if it rains but I highly doubt it. Also I don't know if they sell out of tickets easily. Live classical music will be played and regional wines will be available for purchase. Experience the Gardens at dusk and bring your favorite outdoor chairs or a blanket to relax.
