Dedicated to those photographers who like to connect with other photographers to share one another's work and attend photography outings.
This group is for people serious about the pursuit of photography. It is for people who want to grow and develop their skills and are receptive to learning from one another. You should have experience and know the fundamental principles of photography.
Although you don't have to be an advance photographer, you should demonstrate a sincere and serious interest in photography.

Wolf Pond is a 5.3 mile and 410 ft of elevation lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Minerva, New York that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. Wolf Pond provides scenic views of the High Peaks and surrounding mountains. At this time the water will be lower so we can cross a stream for better views of the high peaks.
Hopefully there will be some color on the leaves. The north country often turns color early.
We will meet at the trailhead at 10:30 am . Please bring rain gear, bug spray, suntan lotion, water, and lunch. I ask that all hikers were sturdy boots or shoes. We will have lunch by the pond. Please do not attend unless you feel you are in good condition physically for this hike.

If driving on your own. Directions: Left off of exit 29, onto Blue Ridge Road for about 10 miles to the Dec sign and parking lot for Wolf Pond. It can’t be missed!
