We continue until everybody understands Monads or dies trying.
No knowledge of Haskell incantations required. Totally optional but more fun: bring a laptop and curse it with the GHC compiler:

Wie is Mathias?
Mathias "Bump in the Night" Verraes runs a funeral home for dead code. He advises organisations on designing and modelling software for complex environments, including architecture, analysis, testing, and he performs exorcisms on legacy systems. If you want to start your team on a death march project, he's the man. He teaches Doom-Driven Design courses and organises the yearly DDD Europe rituals.
Tales from the mob
Tales from the mob is a classic Halloween horror story about a software development team bogged down in the mire of JIRA, stuck behind the Great Code Review Firewall where everyone is a single point of failure. How did the team overcome their insurmountable misfortunes? Did they manage to turn their odds? Come join us around the campfire and hear the full story. (No PM's were harmed in the making of this talk.)
Wie is Tom?
Iedereen kent Tom.
