Summer Post Work Run

Hey everyone! In Motion O.C, (IMOC) is excited to launch a new after-work running club! Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just getting started, we welcome you to join us for some fun and fitness.

Runs will be a relaxed and social way to de-stress after work. We'll have options for different distances and paces, so don't worry if you're not a speed demon! We'll be meeting Tuesdays at 6:45pm at IMOC Irvine.

Afterwards, you’re welcome to head to Starbucks or The District in Tustin for some casual socializing. We're also planning some themed runs, like mindfulness jogs, and will be posting more details here on meetup soon. Come join us and let's get those miles in together!
