💪 Strength for Longevity
Build and maintain muscle, support bone density, and invest in your long-term health. These sessions use targeted strength training and bone-loading exercises to help you stay strong, independent, and active as you age.

⚖️ Stability for Sports (previously “Bass & Balance”)
Improve control, coordination, and resilience. Ideal for reducing injury risk, supporting sports performance, and building a solid foundation for everyday movement.
