As a qualified physiotherapist, I’ve created this session to focus on what really matters as we age: maintaining muscle strength, supporting bone density, improving balance, and building resilience so you can stay fabulous & independent.

This isn’t about extreme workouts or keeping up with the latest fitness trends. It’s about smart, effective movement that protects your body and helps you feel confident in it.
