To sign up for a date, please complete the form below.

We will need 4-5 sign-ups to book one court and 10-11 sign-ups to book 2 courts.
$13-$15 per person.
After you complete the Google Form, please go to the Centerline portal to create a free non-member account.
Individual accounts are required for me to add members to the court reservation, and allows us to split payment through the portal.
Once you create an account, you will need to add your payment information. I will email you to confirm when the court has been booked.
