Depending on how many sign ups, the cost will be $12-$18 per person.

After you complete this form, please make an account through the Centerline portal to create a free non-member account. Individual accounts are required for me to add members to the court reservation and allows us to split payment through the portal. Once you create an account, you will need to add your payment information.

I will email you to confirm when the court has been booked.
