## 🎯 What’s the Game Plan: Ladder Match Format

This is a ladder session. You play short matches, score points for wins, and move up or down based on results.
Courts
Court 4: Intermediate Ladder
Court 6: Beginner Ladder (slower pace, newer players welcome)

### 🪜 How the Ladder Works

  1. Check-in and warm-up (first 10 minutes)
  2. You’ll be assigned a starting position on the ladder for your court
  3. Each round is one match
  4. Win = move up one spot
Lose = move down one spot
  5. New partner and new opponents every round (fast social rotation, still competitive)

### 🧮 Scoring + Timing

Match format: First to 11, rally scoring
Cap: 12 minutes per match (so we rotate on time)
If time is up, finish the rally and record the score

### 🏐 Official Balls

Franklin X-40 tournament balls for all games.

### 🌀 Paddle Queue System (if needed)

If we have extras, place your paddle in the box for your court. You’ll rotate in on the next available slot.

### 📌 Rules Vibe

Competitive, but not toxic.
Call lines fairly. Replay if it’s messy.
Keep it moving so everyone gets reps.
