Pig Hackathon Summer 2012

A day to get together and hack on Pig. The agenda:

Help newcomers get started on their first UDF or patch and walk through the Apache submission process

Get the committers to look at patches that are ready but haven't been reviewed yet.

Hammer out a proposal for a next generation UDF API.

Work/discuss plans for any new features, bug fixes, etc. that attendees are interested in.
Hortonworks will provide lunch.
