Join us every Tuesday evening for a calming and strengthening Pilates session to reset your body and mind. These classes are open to all levels – whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have some experience, you’ll be guided through each move with care and encouragement.

We’ll focus on:
✔️ Core strength
✔️ Flexibility
✔️ Posture & alignment
✔️ Breathing & relaxation

Expect a warm, welcoming group and a session that leaves you feeling taller, stronger, and more connected.

What to bring:

  • A mat if you have one (we’ll have a few spares)
  • Water bottle
  • Comfy clothes you can stretch and move in

Come solo or bring a friend – everyone is welcome!
