30-Minute Online Pilates for Back Pain and Better Posture
Details
Does your back often feel stiff, tense or uncomfortable?
Join me for a free 30-minute online Pilates class focused on gentle back mobility, posture and supporting core strength.
This friendly, beginner-level class is ideal if you sit for long periods, experience general back stiffness or want to feel stronger and more comfortable in everyday movement.
WHAT TO EXPECT
• Gentle movements for your back and surrounding areas
• Exercises supporting posture and core strength
• Clear guidance and alternative movements
• A welcoming class you can join from home
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
An exercise mat, comfortable clothing and a cushion or folded towel if needed.
Please join 5 minutes early and keep your camera on during the class. This allows me to see your posture and technique and offer safer guidance or alternatives where needed. Position your camera so I can see your full body and exercise space. If I cannot see you clearly, I may not be able to guide you safely.
