Hi everyone! 😊
I’m Veronica, a certified STOTT Pilates instructor and professional dancer. Years of dancing and body training have taught me how amazing the body is, and I bring all that experience into my Pilates classes to help you move with awareness, strength, and joy.

In my sessions, we’ll explore movement that strengthens your core, improves posture, increases flexibility, and awakens your body’s full potential. Each exercise is carefully adapted to your level, whether you’re a beginner or experienced. We’ll connect breath, rhythm, and precision, creating a flow that feels empowering and playful at the same time.
