The Pacific InterMountain Division (PIMD) is the regional governing body for lawn bowling in Northern California and Nevada. As part of Bowls USA, we are committed to fostering the sport, supporting clubs and players, and ensuring that lawn bowling remains a welcoming and engaging activity for people of all ages and skill levels.

Introduction to Lawn Bowling (Berkeley)
2117 Acton St, Berkeley, Ca, USLawn bowling is mixture of bocce and curling, a relaxing sport that anyone can play. Head to Berkeley Lawn Bowling Club to try it out!
Our introductory lessons occur every Sunday morning 10am (weather permitting) at our historic, serene, outdoor bowling club in Berkeley. Coaches are on hand to teach the basics and all equipment is provided. You'll be playing a match by the end of the session!
No reservations needed just bring a desire to have some fun, flat soled shoes or sneakers and a hat. We hope you enjoy the lesson so much that you’ll return again and maybe join as a member (annual dues are great value for money).
