Note:- A reservation fee of 5000 is needed to secure your seats/slots. The reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE but transferrable to the other person. The rest of the balance will be paid 14 days before the event.
- Settle your reservation first before booking your flight. We will create a Group Chat once the minimum number of pax with deposit is met. No Group Chat means the Event is still pending.
Cancellation policy:
- The participant is required to pay 100% of the event fee for cancellations made within 30 days before the event.
- Kindly send a photo of the deposit slip via FB Messenger upon payment.
- The organizer/s has the RIGHT to cancel the event if the minimum number of participants (8-12 pax) has not been met or the weather is unfavorable.
