Itinerary
2:00 AM – Meetup at McDonald's, KIA Theater, Cubao
2:30 AM – ETD to Mt. Arayat jump-off (Magalang, Pampanga)
4:40 AM – ETA Jump-off | Register | Final preparations
5:20 AM – Start trek
7:05 AM – ETA White Rock | Rest | Take photos
8:00 AM – Resume trek
8:50 AM – ETA North Peak (Summit 1) | Early lunch
9:30 AM – Resume trek
10:15 AM – ETA Haring Bato
11:15 AM – ETA South Peak (Summit 2) | Photo ops | Rest
12:30 PM – Resume trek (Descent to Arayat exit)
2:20 PM – ETA Exit Point | Freshen up | Wash up
5:00 PM – ETD Pampanga
6:55 PM – ETA Quezon Avenue
(Itinerary may change depending on the team’s pace, weather conditions, or trail situations.)

Things to Bring (Dayhike Essentials)
At least 2–3 liters of water (hydration is key)
Trail snacks / packed lunch (energy bars, fruits, sandwiches)
Headlamp / flashlight (with extra batteries)
Cap / sun protection (hat, sunscreen, arm sleeves)
Lightweight raincoat / poncho
Extra clothes and towel (for post-hike freshen up)
Personal first aid kit / maintenance meds
Garbage bag / trail bag (Leave No Trace)
Gloves and trekking pole (optional but helpful for steep sections)
Trail shoes or sandals with good traction

Payment Terms
Reservation Fee: ₱650 (Non-refundable, deductible from total fee)
Deadline of Balance: 3 days before the event date or on the day of the event.
Payment methods accepted: GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer (details to be provided upon confirmation)
No walk-ins allowed. Slots are confirmed only upon payment of the reservation fee.
Terms and Conditions
First come, first served basis. Limited slots available.
Reservation fees are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event.
In case of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, LGU restrictions, natural calamities), the event will be rescheduled or transferred to another mountain of equal value.
Participants must be physically fit and mentally prepared for a major climb (difficulty 5/9).
The organizer reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit for safety reasons.
Observe Leave No Trace principles. Strictly no littering.
The itinerary may adjust based on actual conditions for group safety and logistics.

Be punctual at the meetup to avoid delays.
Practice proper trail etiquette.
