Items to be given: Gifts/toys, Spaghetti pack (meal), Hygiene kits
Join our Outreach at Apia Elementary School on Dec 14, 2025 — we’ll give gifts, spaghetti package, and hand out hygiene kits to 291 learners. Volunteers & donations welcome!
Suggested program schedule (timeline)
06:00 — Volunteer arrival & set-up
07:00 — Team briefing & safety/orientation
07:30 — Students arrival / program welcome
08:00 — Short program (national anthem, prayer, brief welcome from school & outreach lead)
08:20 — Distribution: snacks & refreshments
09:00 — Hygiene demo & kit distribution (hand-washing demo; short hygiene talk)
09:30 — Games / photo ops / free play
10:00 — Distribution: gifts (class-by-class or grade zones)
11:00 — Closing remarks & group clean-up
12:00 — Pack up / depart

Short printed tip card: “How to brush & wash hands”
Gift / toy suggestions (age-appropriate for elementary)

Avoid choking-hazard toys for younger grades; choose items suitable for ages 6–12
