05:30 AM – Briefing / Secure guides
05:30 AM – Start trek
08:00 AM – ETA Mangga Campsite
09:00 AM – ETA First Water Source
09:30 AM – Open Trail
11:30 AM – Mt. Kimat Summit/ Lunch
12:30 PM – Start descent
02:30 PM – Water Source
03:40 PM – Road segment to exit point
04:30 PM – ETA Exit point
6:00 PM - ETD to Manila

📝 Note: Itinerary may change due to traffic, weather, trail conditions, and group pacing.

⚠️ Important Reminders:
• Payment Required: Participants must make a down payment to secure their slot.
• Proof of Payment: No DP = No slot. Send proof of payment with participant names.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Be punctual. Travel is at your own risk.
• The organizer is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.
• Coordinate any special pickup/drop-off requests with your organizer or coordinator.

🔁 Cancellation, Rebooking, and Refund Policy:
• All confirmed bookings and payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-negotiable.
• Rebooking, refund, or transfer requests are subject to Organizer or Coordinator discretion.
• Organizer may cancel/reschedule events due to bad weather or road issues.
• Organizer also has the right to cancel the event if it does not meet the minimum number of participants.
• If you cancel, do so at least 7 days before the event to retain your DP as transferable.
• Cancellation 3 days before the event is considered as SOLD—you will still need to pay the full amount, as van rental and processing fees are already covered by then.
