SUGGESTED ITINERARY
DAY 1
2:00 AM – Pick-up at Abra de Ilog Port
5:00 AM – Estimated time of arrival at Sablayan Port
Upon arrival, booking contract and visitor’s permit signing will be facilitated.
A tour guide briefing will be conducted onboard the boat.
9:00 AM – Estimated time of arrival at Apo Reef Natural Park
Registration and island orientation briefing
Camping set-up
12:00 NN – Lunch
1:00 PM to 2:00 PM – Swimming and freediving activities
4:00 PM to 5:30 PM – Mangrove forest exploration, lagoon rafting, and lighthouse sunset viewing
6:30 PM – Dinner
Rest and free time. Lights off at 10:00 PM in observance of the noise curfew.

DAY 2
6:30 AM – Breakfast
8:00 AM – Snorkeling and freediving around the island
12:00 NN – Lunch
2:00 PM – Snorkeling and freediving session
Late afternoon island tour covering the lagoon and lighthouse
6:30 PM – Dinner
Rest and overnight stay.

DAY 3
5:00 AM – Call time and sunrise viewing
6:00 AM – Breakfast
7:00 AM – Break camp
8:00 AM – Estimated time of departure from Apo Reef
9:00 AM – Shipwreck visit with snorkeling and freediving activities
10:30 AM – Departure from shipwreck area to Sablayan
Lunch will be served onboard the boat.
1:00 PM – Estimated time of departure from Sablayan
2:00 PM – Shower and freshen up at Punta de Poblacion Resort
3:00 PM – Departure via pick-up service vehicle
End of tour

Note: The destinations of Pandan Island and Lagaw Cave will depend on the level of expertise of the joiners in freediving and on weather conditions. This will be discussed on the orientation or in the group chat.

THINGS TO BRING:

  • Slippers that can get wet for foot protection (Crocs are recommended or anything that is salt water proof.)
  • Rash guards/swim caps. leggings, and multifunction bandana (if you have long hair)
  • Hammock/tent, pillow, and blanket
  • Reef-safe sun block and lotion to prevent bites of mosquitoes and sand mites (niknik)
  • Own tumbler, and four (4) liters of water for brushing teeth and washing face.
  • Diving gears such as mask, snorkel, weight belt, fins, and diving socks (we offer gears for rent)
  • Snacks (there are no convenience store on the island)
  • Underwater camera (if you have)
  • Toiletries, towels, and a small dry bag where items are kept during boat dives.
  • Flashlight or Headlamp with extra batteries
  • Power Bank / Battery pack
  • Personal medication
  • Wet wipes
  • Extra money

GEARS FOR RENT
Diving Gears for Rent

  • Ordinary Mask and Snorkel = 150 per day
  • Oval Mask and Snorkel = 200 per day
  • Short Plastic Fins = 150 per day
  • Weight Belt Maximum of 1.5 kilos = 150 per day

Tent for Rent

  • Tent for one(1) pax to two(2) pax = 200 per day
  • Tent good for three (3) pax to four (4) pax = 300 per day

IMPORTANT NOTE
We reserve the right to cancel the tour under the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to meet the required minimum number of participants (20 participants for a big boat and 12 participants for a smaller boat).
  2. Unforeseen events beyond our control, including force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or restrictions imposed by authorities.

In the event of cancellation, guests may opt to rebook their tour at a later date. Thank you for your understanding.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

  • A 50% down payment per person is required to reserve a slot. This amount is deductible from the total package rate and is non-refundable.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be fully settled at least seven (7) days before the scheduled tour date.
  • Strictly no refund shall be issued if a participant decides not to attend the tour after paying the initial down payment.
  • If a participant cancels participation one (1) week before the event, he or she will be required to pay 80% of the total package amount.
  • The 50% down payment is transferable only as a down payment for a replacement participant in case of cancellation.
