About us
Join Meghan Pinyan, Forest Therapy Guide, certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, for an embodied sensory experience to deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the natural world.
These slow and gentle walks offer carefully crafted invitations to wander using your awakened senses to explore your unique relationship with the earth.
Forest bathing is inspired by the Japanese concept of Shinrin-yoku, which means taking in nature through our senses.
This guided sensory practice is scientifically proven to promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall well-being.
Since our connection to nature is cultivated over time with consistent attention, forest bathing is a practice to return to regularly.
Join us on a forest bathing walk to experience the serenity of nature and embark on a journey of enhancing your connection to the earth.
