Tarmo Randel has been in cybersecurity for more than 15 years. He has been head of the Estonian national CERT and contributed to cybersecurity research in Tallinn-based NATO CCDCO. Now he enjoys the challenges of building ISO and PCI-compliant information security functions in a hyper-growth company - Bolt.
Speaker 2: Guido Kõiv, SRE EM at Bolt
Guido Kõiv has kept the lights at Bolt for almost 6 years and has seen it grow from tens of engineers to hundreds. Previously ran and managed self-hosted datacenters hosting private and public systems on a large scale.
