PickleMatch (http://picklematch.co) — Co-Founder Anneliese Niebauer presenting — is a dating app that connects singles through pickleball.

Pickleball is one of the fastest-growing sports in the U.S., but meeting other singles who play can still be difficult. PickleMatch connects players based on age, interests, and skill level to help them find compatible matches on and off the court. The app goes beyond simple matching by using AI to coordinate the first pickleball date—suggesting courts, scheduling times, and even pairing two couples for a doubles game.

PickleMatch launched in October on iOS and Android and already has 600 active profiles with another 1,500 people on the waitlist nationwide. To date, the platform has facilitated 60 matches.

Our target market is single pickleball players in the U.S. who want a fun and active way to meet potential partners and are willing to pay for a niche dating experience centered around a shared activity.

Our competition is general dating apps, pickleball social groups, and sports meetup platforms. Our competitive advantage is a niche community focused on a fast-growing sport combined with AI-powered date coordination that removes friction from planning the first meetup.
