On the one-year anniversary of TechShop PGH's closure, please join us for a remembrance ceremony and a celebration of TechShop's role in bringing together a community of makers, which now lives on in makerspaces throughout the area.

With the former TechShop space now completely emptied, this brief memorial service will serve as a final goodbye to the institution, and mark the beginning of a new era for our maker community.

All attendees will receive some TechShop memorabilia, including shirts and other items, and larger TechShop signs will be auctioned off.

This event is free and open to all former TechShop members, as well as members of all the makerspaces throughout the region, and anyone else who considers themselves a member of the maker community.

A reception will follow the ceremony; the reception is BYOB, and light refreshments will be provided. We look forward to seeing you there.
