• Reading times book up early! If you visit with us later in the day, you may not be able to have a reading with us on the day of the event.

• In order to allow our guests a chance to meet with our readers, we ask that NO GUEST book more than 2 readings total for the day.

• Please DO NOT book readings for people who are not at the venue at the time you are booking. Crossing out names on our sign in sheets creates confusion for the event staff. Reader biographies are available outside the ball room for review prior to the doors opening.

• Doors will open no earlier than 10 am to allow guests an opportunity to book readings fairly.
