Join Travis and his friends for this FREE class as we work on building our stability muscles to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion.
This class ranges from Beginner to Pro. It's only as hard as you make it with plenty of modifications for difficult movements and pregnant women.
Being able to put your body in a better mindful position with core strength to help balance your life is a key element of Travis' training.
Now 34, Travis has over a decade and a half of coaching experience. He started coaching youth sports (K-12) at 16 and recently relocated to Pittsburgh after teaching this class at two locations in Johnstown.
