October's speakers:
Jerrod Crosby, PE, is a professional engineer with 30 years of experience in highway construction and design. A graduate of Ohio University with a bachelor of applied science in civil engineering, Jerrod joined Wooster & Associates in 2004 and was appointed Design Team Manager in 2010. Today, as Chief Operating Officer, he oversees day-to-day operations while coordinating staff efforts and ensuring technical quality across all design projects. Jerrod’s expertise spans roadway design, traffic signal plans, and Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) applications. Beyond project delivery, he leads Wooster’s business development efforts and represents the firm in ITE, NAIOP, and ICSC, where he connects with regional and national clients. Respected for both technical precision and collaborative leadership, Jerrod is recognized for guiding teams through complex challenges and advancing transportation solutions that improve mobility, safety, and growth.

Josh Haydo, PE, PTOE, is a professional engineer and professional traffic operations engineer with 20 years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planning. A graduate of Virginia Tech with a bachelor of science in civil engineering, Josh leads Wooster’s Traffic Engineering Team and oversees the delivery of traffic studies, intersection analyses, and operational improvements. Josh’s expertise includes traffic impact studies, signal design, and corridor evaluations, and he frequently coordinates with municipal, county, and state agencies. Known for his ability to defend engineering studies and recommendations in public meetings, he translates complex traffic data into clear, practical solutions that earn local trust. His work reflects a commitment to safety, efficiency, and sustainable growth, ensuring Wooster’s studies not only meet technical standards but also influence decision-makers and the public.
