Pittsburgh Metalheads and Progheads

I find it very hard to meet new people into metal and prog bands. I'm hoping this group can gain even a little bit of traction. The purpose can be meetups to just hang out (grabbing drinks, house hosting, etc), or getting concert attendance groups together. Between all my friends, I can basically get either one or none to go to most shows I want to go to. I would like to remedy that, and I feel like there are more like me out there.

I will be listing events I'm looking to attend. If you have one, by all means chuck it to me and we'll list it. Or I'm always down with adding more organizers as well.

I currently have a Meetup subscription that is cancelled but good for several more months that enables me to create this group. If it gets going and has legs, I'll renew that, no problem. I do not plan to ever charge any dues or request donations.
