What we’re about

Mindful Pittsburgh offers free mindfulness meetings each Tuesday. We begin with practicing gratitude, appreciating things that we are grateful for. We do "A Weather Report" exercise that involves scanning, checking in, noting, and accepting four different types of present moment sensations (body, emotion, thought, and mindset). This is followed by discussion of mindfulness practices and brief exercises. We conclude with each wishing our group some well being in farewell (self-compassion)
