PARKING: Next door at the Stephen Foster Community Center. Parking is FREE. Entrance is on Fisk Street, next to the library. Library patrons are permitted to use this lot.

Parking on Fisk Street is 1 hr only without permit, thus is NOT advised. There is non-permit parking close to Penn Ave and on Penn Ave itself. Please check the signs to be sure you're in a non-permit area.
