**If you love pizza, you definitely came to the right place. We are going to try it all! I'm originally from New York where I developed a love and appreciation for pizza. I have high standards. How could you not when you've been to places like DiFara and Johns of Bleecker Street while growing up. LA is not the Pizza wasteland many people think it is. I plan on having two types of events
- Formal restaurants where I cap the rsvp list to 20 or so.
- More casual social pizza events at places like Santa Monica Brew works (they have good pizza) or Slice N Pint in El Segundo. Pizza + Beer + Wine + Fresh Air. These events won't have strict caps.
Attendance policy: You *will* be removed from the group if you no-show 2 times ... Please change your RSVP at least 48 hours in advance (unless an emergency comes up). If you change your RSVP at the last minute an excessive amount of times I will remove you. I leave it to a case by case basis and not put a hard limit on it initially. Each place we go expects a certain number of attendees, so it's not nice to not show up... : / Plus, we often have waitlists, so then you prevent others from being able to attend.
Quick & important note: Please be respectful of others and their boundaries. Any unwanted inappropriate conduct at one of our Meetups is grounds for removal. Don't be creepy.

Let's try Flour Pizzeria & Cafe
Flour Pizzeria & Cafe, 11684 San Vicente Blvd unit B, Los Angeles, CA, USOne of my favorite pizza places that I love to go to when I go back to New York is L'Industrie in Williamsburg. Their pizza is an artisanal New York style. I've heard amazing things about Flour and how it is similar to L'Industrie. So I recently tried it on my own and it does not disappoint. The dough and crust were absolutely perfect. I'll post pictures of what I had.

They do pies and pizza by the slice. Seating is somewhat limited, they have about ten bar stools and a few more seats by the window, so I'm going to cap this event to 10 people. I won't tolerate no shows for this event as the seating is limited. I will contact everyone who RSVP's a day or two before the event to check if you are coming. If you no show or change your RSVP right before the event I will remove you from the group.
