Usui Ryoho Reiki Level I Certification

THIS COURSE WILL BE TAUGHT ON :

SATURDAY April 4th from 10am to 4:30pm

This workshop consists of lecture, group sharing, and table sessions, with a focus on:
​

• the history of Usui Ryoho Reiki and its journey to the United States
• understanding the human energy system (meridians, chakras, the
  aura)
• nurturing your energy through diet, meditation and yoga positions
• traditional (and not-so-traditional) hand positions for healing self and
  others
• the seated healing session (chair reiki)
• the sacred symbol for Level 1
• Reiki energy attunement passed from the Reiki Master to the student
• developing your intuition to discern physical causes/issues of blockages in fellow students
• the basics of setting up a business

Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing. A light lunch will be served, but students are welcome to bring their own food and/or beverage.
