Racing Extinction w/Q&A

Racing Extinction is truly one of my favorite documentaries and it gives me chills every time I see it. This film motivates and inspires me to keep fighting for the planet and for the environment and I cannot recommend it enough. Now, as part of the Boulder Internation Film Festival (BIFF) you can catch it on the big screen in Boulder at the Dairy Arts Center. It will be followed by a Q & A at the end, so I am really looking forward to this special screening. This event is in-person in Boulder, CO (USA), but this film can be viewed on several streaming platforms, including YouTube and Roku.

"Racing Extinction" is a 2015 documentary directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Louie Psihoyos, known for "The Cove" (2009). The film explores the ongoing anthropogenic mass extinction of species, highlighting the impact of human activities such as overpopulation, globalization, climate change, and animal agriculture on biodiversity. It follows scientists, activists, and journalists as they document endangered species and expose illegal wildlife trade, including shark fin and manta ray gill markets in Asia, and efforts to protect species like manta rays through international regulations
