Saturday afternoon guided meditation with my teacher Venerable Sayalay Sucitta

This is a relaxed half-day meditation retreat. Sayalay Sucitta will guide participants using traditional Theravāda Buddhist *Samatha-Vipassanā* (Stillness Visualization) meditation methods. Through seating and walking meditation, she will lead participants to return to the present moment and develop inner awareness and stability.

**Guiding Teacher: Sayalay Sucitta**

Since 2019, I’ve been studying meditation under Sayalay Sucitta, a respected Theravāda nun and teacher. Her clear and gentle guidance in both concentration (samatha) and insight (vipassanā) meditation has greatly benefited my practice. I’m deeply grateful for her teachings and hope to share the peace and clarity I’ve received with others.
