Menopause is a natural stage of life, but it can feel anything but straightforward—affecting your body, mind, and daily life in unexpected and sometimes unpredictable ways. In this interactive session, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, and long-term changes that come with “the change,” and share evidence-based strategies for feeling better, staying healthy, and thriving in midlife and beyond. Whether you’re approaching menopause, going through it now, or supporting someone who is, you’ll gain clarity, reassurance, and actionable steps you can start using right away.

Instructor: Chrissy Carmody is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins. She is passionate about helping people get unstuck, build healthier habits, and improve their quality of life through practical, supportive coaching.
