About us
This group is for experienced leaders, in engineering, DevOps, and product (no sales or recruiters please) working on real-world platform and cloud-native systems. We host small, in-person meetups in the SF Bay Area for engineering managers, directors, DevOps leaders, and CTOs. These are intentionally senior, discussion-first gatherings.Many of us are now building and operating internal developer platforms, navigating organizational tradeoffs, and figuring out what actually improves developer experience at scale.Our meetups are built around honest conversations with peers:
- What’s working (and what isn’t)
- Lessons from implementations
- Tradeoffs, constraints, and insights
Expect light structure, thoughtful prompts, and plenty of room for discussion. The goal is a smaller room where everyone contributes and leaves with something useful.If you’re leading, building, or evolving platform and cloud-native initiatives, you’ll feel at home here.
