What metrics truly matter for platform engineering? In this session, panelists will unpack key insights from the 2025 DORA Report and share how leaders can move beyond the basics to measure the real impact of their platforms. Attendees will learn:
- How DORA and emerging frameworks like EEBO help connect platform work to business outcomes
- Practical approaches for measuring ROI and justifying platform investment
- Which metrics help platform teams demonstrate success and drive developer productivity
After a 30-minute talk there’ll be a 15-minute Q&A, for which we encourage you to submit questions in advance.
