Platonic Snuggles is a gently guided, consent-centered gathering offering nurturing, platonic touch and authentic connection in a warm, grounded space.

This is a cozy, intentionally curated environment — with soft lighting, a consciously curated soundscape, and a supportive container designed to invite relaxation, co-regulation, and ease in your nervous system.

You’ll be offered simple invitations for connection, with full permission to move at your own pace — whether that looks like engaging, observing, or simply resting.

Held in a private West Asheville home. Address shared after registration.

This event takes place in a home with cats (for those with allergies), and stairs are required to access the space.

Space is limited to maintain an intimate, safe container.
This gathering is held with a minimum of 5 participants. If we don’t reach that number, you’ll be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event.

To support safety and cohesion, we move through a gentle, guided structure:

1:50 PM – Arrival Window Opens
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

2:00 PM – Opening Circle Begins
We begin promptly at 2:00.

~2:05 PM – Doors Close
To protect the group container, doors close shortly after we begin.

2:05 – 2:25 PM – Consent & Connection Foundations
We’ll begin with introductions, shared agreements, and gentle guidance to support consent culture, communication, and a grounded, informed experience.

2:30 – 3:00 PM – Guided Connection Invitations
Light, optional prompts to build comfort, trust, and connection.

3:00 – 6:00 PM – Open Snuggle Time
You’re welcome to connect, rest solo, journal, or simply observe.

What should I wear?
Cozy, soft, loose-fitting clothes you’d be comfortable lounging or napping in. Please arrive in clean clothing, free of strong fragrances, so everyone can relax comfortably.

Do I have to cuddle?
No. All participation is optional. Honoring your no is part of the practice.

Can I come late or leave early?
Please arrive on time. Doors close shortly after 2 PM to support the safety of the container. You’re welcome to leave early if needed — just move quietly and let the facilitator know beforehand.

Is this a dating event?
No. This is a platonic space centered around connection, consent, and presence. While meaningful bonds can form, this is not a space for romantic or intimate pursuit.

Is this for women only?
Platonic Snuggles is gender-inclusive and open to all respectful adults.
