You’ll be working out with a small group of friendly regular participants, mainly females!

Expect the session to be engaging and motivating. You will be moving at your own pace and physical abilities, improving gradually along the way. It helps to destress after a long day grind at work!

Fees: $15/session! Payment can be made via cash, PayNow, PayLah, Bank transfer after each session.
