You join a 3.5-day in-person retreat — a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore awareness in real interaction.
After the retreat, we continue meeting in our group through 4 online integration calls —
supporting you in bringing these insights into your daily life.What you discover doesn’t stay in the retreat — it becomes something you can live.
