After a powerful first session that left us sweaty, smiling, and wanting more, we're coming together again to deepen the exploration of embodied power. This second edition of Redefining Power continues the journey of reclaiming strength as something rooted in care, play, presence, and connection.

We move, we play, we wrestle, not to dominate, but to meet each other with honesty, curiosity, and joy. Power and love. Strength and kindness. Wildness and consent. It all lives in you.

The session includes an introduction, sharing rounds, warm-up games, guided Playfight practice, and a closing circle. No prior experience needed.

👤 About the Facilitator: Hi, I’m Marco - a Playfight facilitator and Lebens- und Sozialberater in training, passionate about emotional empowerment and body-based connection. In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand; self-responsibility becomes a pillar for community support; and playing together becomes a meaningful way to discover something new about yourself.

Playfight is a safer and playful space where you can explore and grow your emotional, social and self-awareness skills. Through mindful physical play and non-violent fighting, Playfight becomes a personal development tool. A mirror that reveals parts of you that words alone sometimes can’t reach. And a way to reconnect with physical touch as something natural, innocent and respectful. Whether you feel playful or unsure, confident or awkward, all of you is welcome here. You don’t need any experience: just the willingness to show up authentically.

Set in the natural and serene landscape of the living community LebensGut Miteinander, this weekend offers a mix of daily playfight sessions, emotional work, games, embodiment tools and relational practices. It will be a co-created space: as a group, we will shape the experience together. You’ll leave feeling recharged, grounded, and more connected - to your body, your joy, and a like-hearted community.
