Topic of the Day: Community Hangout & Integration

After our “You Are Built For Joy” Deep Dive, today we focus on togetherness and integration. In this session, we create space to reflect, share experiences, regulate our nervous system and simply being together. Expect a loosely guided session with some invitations to authentic connection and playful self-expression, all within a safer and supportive environment. Come to socialize with like-minded people — or to simply be by yourself in the company of others. And of course, we’ll connect through playfight!
Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced participant, come, there is space for you, you are welcome as you are.

What to Expect
15:00 – Doors Open
15:15 – Start
18:30 – End

The session includes an introduction, sharing rounds, warm-up games, guided Playfight practice, and a closing circle. No prior experience needed.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi, and I am a Lebens- und Sozialberater (Life Coach) in training. I am also a Playfight Facilitator, and a Haka teacher. In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand. Body-based connection goes beyond words. Self-responsibility is a pillar for community support. and playing together becomes a meaningful way to discover something new about yourself.
