Topic of the Day: Celebrating together

For many of us, the end of the year and holiday season can feel stressful – or even lonely. Maybe you love Christmas and are excited to join a playful afternoon in community, or perhaps you’re simply curious to explore a different way of celebrating. However you feel, today we’re creating a welcoming space where you can explore your own way to celebrate.

We’ll connect through playfight, games, and some Xmas snacks. We’ll offer punsch and panettone – a mix of Austrian and Italian traditions. Feel free to bring something of your own to share.
Expect a loosely guided session with some invitations to authentic connection and playful self-expression, all within a safer and supportive environment. Come to socialize with like-minded people — or to simply be by yourself in the company of others.
Whether you’re a newcomer or an experienced participant, come, there is space for you, you are welcome as you are.

The session includes an introduction, sharing rounds, warm-up games, guided Playfight practice, and a closing circle. No prior experience needed.

Who am I?
Hi, I’m Marco Moriggi, and I am a Lebens- und Sozialberater (Life Coach) in training. I am also a Playfight Facilitator, and a Haka teacher. In my workshops, vulnerability and strength go hand in hand. Body-based connection goes beyond words. Self-responsibility is a pillar for community support. and playing together becomes a meaningful way to discover something new about yourself.
