What we’re about
Plaza Midwood Chess Club is a group where people can gather to play chess in a casual setting. Competitive tournaments and formal education are not the focus (but of course teaching moments can occur).
We will adhere to chess etiquette (no trash talk, etc.), but our group welcomes drinks during play and socialization in between games.
PMCC welcomes any adult in the Charlotte area who wants to to play some chess and make some friends.
