The Tuesday morning ride is be a bit longer and faster than our Thursday Social Ride. The route will change each week. Plan on 15 mph on the flats and 30-40 miles in length, approximately 1,000-1200 feet of climbing.

The ride will be limited to riders who have signed up for the ride in advance. Plan to leave promptly at the start time noted in the calendar event. Start time may be adjusted based on weather conditions. Please be sure to bring your helmet (REQUIRED), water, spare tube(s) with pump/CO2, some food, and a willingness to push yourself a little further. No SAG cars provided.

**"Summer" is now officially behind us and the Tri-Valley awaits the cool morning rides that defined the arrival of the fall equinox on September 21.

***Pedalers can look forward to the "Fall Apple Harvest" celebration at Alden Lane Nursery -- We will make note of when to expect the arrival of the unique/special varieties from Sonoma/Sebastopol grower, Dave Hale .

****The suggested ride this week will be a truly mellow-yellow event with minimal climbing and covering around 25+/- miles or so. **The "word-on-the-street" is that some Pedalers will need a bit more conditioning to comfortably enjoy some of the rides that do some climbing...like on Collier Canyon or Cross Rd.

Senior Center > Laguna CreekTr > Vineyard > Sycamore Grove > Alden Lane Nursery > Vineyard Starbucks > back to Senior Center on Vineyard/Old Vineyard

On October 19th, Habitat for Humanity will be hosting its Cycle of Hope. In preparation for this event our ride will preview a portion of the route. More will be announced midweek to those who have signed up for our ride this week. There will be a no-host lunch following the ride for anyone who wishes to join us.
