South Bay Show-N-Go: Trails, Wildlife, lunch!
Details
More flat Bay Trail riding!
Coyote Creek Trail, multi-use paths, hard packed gravel, egrets, Dumbarton bridge
Let's stay near the Bay and explore the South Bay a little! We'll use lots of off-street paths, and well-marked bike lanes. The gravel sections can be ridden on narrow road tires, but bring your wide-tire bike if you have one! We'll pass by Moffett Field (NASA Ames) and visit an egret rookery on the Google campus. Lunch is at the 27.5-mile point at Michael's (Shoreline golf course), followed by the closing stretch over the Dumbarton Bridge.
