Plein Air Session #2: SF Botanical Garden

Our next session will be scattered throughout SF Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park on Saturday. There's beautiful flowers and trees and we can focus on outdoor macro painting... alone, but together!

The garden is free for San Francisco residents, and otherwise $12 for a Saturday ticket, available at the door.

This is our first time meeting during quarantine and I think of this more as a solo exploration, but as a group. While I'm posting initial spot to gather, we'll distribute ourselves so there's plenty of distance between us. Masks and are absolutely required too.

Feel free to paint, sketch, or whatever you'd like to practice. We can take breaks to walk around and see each other's work, while keeping a safe distance.

If you're running late, I'll post the some general GPS coordinates of the group, so you can find us.

If you're not comfortable going to a public park at this moment in time, I absolutely understand.

What to bring: Art supplies of your choice, paper/sketchbooks, a water bottle, sunscreen, a mask, and a charged phone.
